Pressure sensitive tapes need to be stored under defined conditions. Extreme high temperatures can lead to degradation of the adhesive or backing materials. Extreme low temperatures might influence the bonding characteristics.
The generally recommended storage conditions are:
The surface where Pallet Mask will be applied on, should be clean and dust free. If this is not the case, clean the target surface with suitable cleaning products.
Unwinding
Unwinding of Pallet Mask must be done manually. Unwind with the adhesive side facing down. When the pallet is covered, cut Pallet Mask using a pair of scissors or a cutting knife.
Application - act
Manually:
Pallet Mask will protect the pallets during the screen printing process.
Removal
Remove Pallet Mask from the pallet by pulling it gently away from the pallet.
Discard / Recycle
This is a temporary tape – once removed one can discard / dispose without special instructions.

Pressure sensitive tapes need to be stored under defined conditions. Extreme high temperatures can lead to degradation of the adhesive or backing materials. Extreme low temperatures might influence the bonding characteristics.
The generally recommended storage conditions are:
- 68 - 72 F / 20 - 22 C
- 50 - 70% relative humidity
- Rolls store flat in their original packaging, away from direct sources of UV (i.e., lights, sun).
The surface where Pallet Mask will be applied on, should be clean and dust free. If this is not the case, clean the target surface with suitable cleaning products.
Unwinding
Unwinding of Pallet Mask must be done manually. Unwind with the adhesive side facing down. When the pallet is covered, cut Pallet Mask using a pair of scissors or a cutting knife.
Application - act
Manually:
- Apply Pallet Mask on the target surface with the adhesive side facing the target surface.
- Squeegee Pallet Mask onto the target surface from the centre out to remove air bubbles.
- Further prepare the surface for screen printing. Most screen printers will spray adhesive on Pallet Mask to ensure fixation of the garment on the pallet.
Pallet Mask will protect the pallets during the screen printing process.

Remove Pallet Mask from the pallet by pulling it gently away from the pallet.
